Terms of Service

By using CDC Lesson Bot ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

CDC Lesson Bot is an automated service that monitors and books practical driving lesson slots at ComfortDelGro Driving Centre (CDC) on behalf of registered users. The Service operates via a Telegram bot and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ComfortDelGro Driving Centre Pte Ltd.

2. Account Requirements

You must have an active CDC learner account to use the Service.
You must provide valid CDC login credentials to enable automated booking.
Only one active Service account is permitted per CDC learner ID. If you log in from a new Telegram account, your previous account will be deactivated and credits transferred to the new account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account.

3. Credits and Pricing

The Service uses a credit-based system:

1 credit — SGD $5.00
5 credits — SGD $23.00 (save 8%)
10 credits — SGD $44.00 (save 12%)

One credit is consumed for each successful booking made on your behalf. Credits are purchased via PayNow through Stripe's secure payment platform. A complimentary credit is provided on first login.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect credits already purchased.

4. Refund Policy

Unused credits are non-refundable. Credits are only consumed when a booking is successfully completed on your behalf. If you experience a technical issue that prevents a booking from being made correctly, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate and issue a credit refund where appropriate.

5. Booking and Cancellation

The Service will attempt to book slots matching your selected preferences. We do not guarantee that any specific slot will be available or successfully booked.
Once a lesson is booked at CDC, CDC's own cancellation policies apply. CDC charges a cancellation fee of $32.70 for lessons cancelled within 24-48 hours of the session.
The Service credit is consumed at the time of successful booking, regardless of whether you later cancel the lesson at CDC.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for any actions taken by CDC regarding your account, including but not limited to account suspension.
We are not liable for missed bookings, scheduling errors, or any losses arising from the use of the Service.
We are not affiliated with ComfortDelGro Driving Centre Pte Ltd. Any issues with your CDC account, lessons, or payments to CDC should be directed to CDC directly.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to book slots for resale or on behalf of others without their consent
Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service
Create multiple accounts to abuse free trial credits or promotional offers

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide 24/7 service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing your CDC credentials from the bot.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Upon termination, any unused credits are forfeited and non-refundable.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
